Tom Jane returns as Frank Castle, the man most known as The Punisher – a dark, violent Marvel character that was an excellent and groundbreaking movie (which was rated R so it didn’t have as wide of a profit net as the rest of the Marvel franchises).
In this short, title “#DIRTYLAUNDRY”, Tom Jane shows us who the real Punisher is and always will be. According to Jane:
I wanted to make a fan film for a character I’ve always loved and believed in – a love letter to Frank Castle & his fans. It was an incredible experience with everyone on the project throwing in their time just for the fun of it. It’s been a blast to be a part of from start to finish — we hope the friends of Frank enjoy watching it as much as we did making it.
This short, which also features a grizzly cameo by Ron Perlman, seems to be unofficial, but if enough hype got behind it, this Punisher sequel short could become the real thing (that is, if Marvel and Disney are willing to make an R-Rated comic-book movie).
